CloudOuch is a mobile application that provides AWS cost tracking, monitoring, and optimization recommendations. We access your AWS account data through read-only IAM role permissions to display billing information.
3. Account Registration
To use CloudOuch, you must:
Create an account with a valid email address
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. AWS Account Connection
By connecting your AWS account, you:
Authorize CloudOuch to assume an IAM role with read-only permissions
Confirm you have authority to grant such access
Understand we can only view, not modify, your AWS resources
Accept responsibility for managing the IAM role permissions
5. Subscription and Payment
Free trial period: 7 days with full access
Monthly subscription: $9.99/month
Annual subscription: $89.99/year
Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
No refunds for partial subscription periods
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer or decompile the application
Share your account credentials with others
7. Data Accuracy
CloudOuch displays data from AWS Cost Explorer and related services. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for:
Delays in AWS data availability (typically 24-48 hours)
Discrepancies in AWS billing data
Errors in cost forecasts or recommendations
8. Limitation of Liability
CloudOuch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Business interruption
Actions taken based on cost recommendations
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
